Pav has had over a year off due to a virus following Premier League success at Keysoe in 2012, so his return to full competition has been a long and hard road and one that has been carefully managed by Fran with help from Ian Wright of the Newmarket Equine Hospital. Pav's over-exuberance in the competition arena since coming back to competition-level fitness has been a challenge, but his movement and quality of work is exciting.
